Appointments are always welcomed, but not always necessary. We will do our best to schedule your vehicle on the day you choose. We offer a large and comfortable waiting area for our customers. However, waiting for vehicle repairs may not always be the best option, unless it is for a quick oil change, or tire repairs.

Service Hours
Buckley's Auto Care is open Monday 7am - 5:30pm, Tuesday thru Thursday
7am - 7pm and Friday 7am - 5:30pm. We are closed on these holidays: New Years, Easter, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas. We close early on Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve.
Warranty
We will cover all parts and labor for a period of 12 months or 12,000 miles, whichever comes first. This is in accordance
with our AAA Repair Facility agreement. Parts that are identified as being "lifetime guaranteed" are done so by their respective manufactures and are subject to their guidelines. Labor is not included. Contact our Service Advisor for details.
Privacy
Plain and simple - Buckley's Auto Care will not sell, rent or release your information that is obtained when using our site. Why? We feel that our business has been built on decades of trust and we plan on keeping it that way. We are against any invasion or misuse of personal information, yours or ours. Parts
Buckley's Auto Care installs only the highest quality replacement parts. Our stocking inventory includes manufactures such as
NAPA, ACDelco, Motorcraft, and NGK. Our tire inventory includes Goodyear. If the part you need is not in stock, our very large network of O.E. and After market parts professionals will ship them that day, with next day delivery always available.
Courtesy Transportation
Buckley's Auto Care provides courtesy transportation to the best of our ability. We do our best to accommodate our customers. We offer transportation to downtown Wilmington from 8am - 5pm, Monday through Friday. We also offer courtesy transportation within a 5 mile radius. Buckley's Auto Care is located
directly on the DART bus route 5, and we can arrange for taxi service if desired. |
Rental Cars
Because of our arrangement with Enterprise Rental Cars, Buckley's Auto Care can help you get a rental car while your vehicle is being serviced. All at a special discount price. Of course, rental cars are subject to availability. Terms and conditions are set forth by Enterprise. See your Service Advisor for details.
Towing Services
Buckley's Auto Care sub-contracts for towing. This means that we offer towing services, but have no physical "towing vehicle" onsite. Towing is available for breakdowns and
road side assistance. All vehicles will be returned to Buckley's Auto Care. Our
towing contractor is First State Towing, located in Wilmington. Their response time averages one half hour to forty-five minutes.
First State Towing is our preferred towing provider. They are very professional, courteous and prompt. We accept inbound tows 24 hours-a-day, 7 days a week. Towing charges are applied to the repair order.

Buckley's Auto Care has ample parking.
After Hours Pick-up
When it is necessary to pick up your vehicle after our service hours (6pm), we request that you call with an approved credit card number for payment. We will then have the receipt ready with your keys. All materials, including keys, receipts and returned parts will be locked in your vehicle. Please have a spare key on hand. We will not leave keys in an unlocked car.
Payments
Buckley's Auto Care accepts all of the following for payment: Cash, all major credit cards, a wide variety of specialty fleet cards (call for list), Shell Oil, approved business and personal checks (must have address and printed name). We also offer "90 days same as Cash" flexible financing available through
NAPA.
